AO Globe Life is looking for Entry Level Sales Account Representatives to support clients through scheduled conversations and virtual appointments. This role provides an opportunity to develop communication, sales, organization, and client relationship skills while working remotely.

The position is centered around scheduled client interactions and qualified inquiries rather than traditional cold calling. New representatives receive training and guidance on the systems, processes, and responsibilities involved in the role.

The day-to-day work combines client communication, appointment coordination, and administrative follow-through.

Responsibilities may include:

• Conduct scheduled phone and video appointments with clients.
• Build rapport and create a professional client experience.
• Ask questions to understand individual needs and priorities.
• Present available benefit solutions based on the client’s situation.
• Explain information clearly and address client questions.
• Assist with applications, enrollment steps, and required documentation.
• Keep client and appointment information organized and up to date.
• Follow up with clients when additional information or assistance is needed.
• Attend virtual team meetings, training sessions, and coaching.
• Apply feedback to strengthen communication and sales skills.
• Work toward established activity and performance expectations.

• 18 years of age or older
• Legal authorization to work in the applicable country
• A current residential address in Virginia, Illinois, California, or any Canadian province or territory
• Reliable internet access
• A computer with a webcam for virtual meetings
• A professional environment suitable for remote work
• Availability for required training, meetings, and scheduled client appointments
• Willingness to complete applicable licensing and regulatory requirements

This position is currently open only to applicants who maintain a residential address in:

United States: Virginia, Illinois, California, or Washington

Canada: All provinces and territories

This is a remote position, but location eligibility is required. Applicants residing outside these areas are not eligible for this opening.
