What You'll Be Doing: Lead the accounting and finance functions for the organization

Oversee monthly financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

Manage WIP reporting, job costing, and construction financials

Partner with ownership and operations to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making

Oversee the accounting team while improving processes and internal controls

Play a key role in the company's long-term financial planning and continued growth

Prepare for a planned transition into the CFO position

What They're Looking For: Controller or Assistant Controller experience within the construction industry

Strong understanding of job costing, WIP schedules, and construction accounting
