A rapidly expanding healthcare services organization is seeking an Accounting Manager to help lead and strengthen its accounting operations during a significant growth phase. The company has completed multiple acquisitions and is continuing to scale aggressively, creating a need for strong operational accounting leadership and infrastructure development.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, improving systems, mentoring staff, and operating in an entrepreneurial, acquisition-driven environment.

• Help lead and manage the monthly close process across multiple entities and locations
• Supervise and mentor senior accounting staff
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting deliverables
• Support acquisition integrations and process standardization initiatives
• Assist in building scalable accounting infrastructure and internal controls
• Partner with leadership on reporting, automation, and operational improvements
• Support location-level financial reporting and allocation methodologies
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives Qualifications

5–15 years of progressive accounting experience

Strong operational accounting and month-end close experience

Multi-entity and/or multi-site accounting experience required

Healthcare industry experience is a plus, but not required

Public accounting background is preferred but not mandatory

CPA is preferred but not required

Experience with ERP systems such as Sage Intacct or NetSuite preferred

Strong process improvement and leadership abilities
