Benefits -LOA and FMLA Coordinator HR department

QUIKRETE, a leading producer of packaged products, is seeking a full time employee's Benefits-LOA and FMLA Coordinator at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, GA, to join the human resources division. Keep in mind this is an ON-SITE / FULL-TIME / HOURLY position.

This on‑site role supports the administration of employee benefits , including health plans, retirement programs, disability, life insurance, and leaves . Ideal for early‑career HR professionals with strong experience administrating the full cycle of Leave of Absence .

• Benefits administration for health, dental, vision, life, disability, and 401(k) plans
• Leave administration (FMLA, disability, personal leaves, etc.)
• Support employee enrollment and respond to basic benefits questions
• Maintain accurate HR/payroll data and documentation
• Assist with benefits communications (emails, documents, FAQs)
• Support compliance tasks (COBRA, HIPAA) and audits
• Contribute to wellness initiatives and HR projects

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 2+ years of HR experience with benefits administration
• Familiarity with payroll/benefits systems a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Spanish language skills a plus
• Knowledge of employee benefits and related laws
