Crown Disaster Management — Alpharetta, GA Full-Time | $60,000 Base + Commission
About the Role
Crown Disaster Management is looking for an experienced Field Estimator to join our team in the Alpharetta area. This is a field-based position for someone who understands the restoration industry and can confidently manage a loss from the initial site visit through estimate submission and review.
The ideal candidate has strong mitigation experience, a minimum of 3 years of Xactimate experience, and an active IICRC WRT certification. Reconstruction estimating experience is a strong plus.
What You'll Do
- Travel to properties to inspect and scope water, fire, mold, and storm losses
- Establish the mitigation scope and help get field crews started
- Write detailed Xactimate estimates and reconstruction estimates when applicable
- Take accurate measurements, photos, sketches, and job documentation
- Handle estimate revisions, supplements, and reviewer requests
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, adjusters, project managers, and field crews
- Ensure estimates and documentation meet carrier and program requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Xactimate experience — required
- Previous mitigation/restoration industry experience — required
- IICRC WRT certification — required
- Strong knowledge of water mitigation procedures, equipment, and documentation
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record — required
- Ability to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency losses as needed
Preferred
- Reconstruction estimating experience
- Experience with Alacrity, Contractor Connection, or Lionsbridge
- IICRC FSRT, AMRT, or ASD certifications
Schedule
This is a full-service restoration company — losses don't follow a 9–5 schedule. Candidates should be comfortable with weekday availability, weekends as needed, and participation in an on-call rotation.
