One Alliance Companies is expanding throughout Greater Atlanta, and we are seeking an established commercial real estate producer interested in helping shape and grow our regional presence.

With an Alpharetta office, in-house asset and property management, and strategic relationships across construction and development, OAC offers an integrated commercial real estate platform connecting brokerage with the broader lifecycle of real estate ownership and investment.

This is an opportunity to continue growing your individual brokerage practice while mentoring advisors, contributing to regional market development, and participating financially in the success of the market you help build.

As Regional Market Leader, you will work alongside OAC leadership to establish a collaborative, productive, and relationship-driven brokerage presence throughout Greater Atlanta.

Your focus will include:

• Maintaining and growing your individual commercial real estate production.
• Mentoring and developing advisors recruited by One Alliance.
• Providing deal strategy, market insight, and practical transaction guidance.
• Facilitating collaborative pipeline discussions and professional development.
• Identifying opportunities across brokerage, asset management, construction, development, and investments.
• Contributing to the long-term growth and positioning of the Atlanta market.

OAC handles recruiting, onboarding, brokerage supervision, and compliance. This is a producing leadership and mentorship role, not a designated Broker-in-Charge position.

Our platform provides the infrastructure to support both individual production and market growth, including:

• In-house asset and property management, providing additional opportunities to serve owners and investors throughout the asset lifecycle.
• Established Alpharetta office presence and strategic construction and development relationships.
• Dedicated transaction coordination and compliance support.
• In-house marketing, research, underwriting, and administrative resources.
• CRM, technology, and deal-management systems.
• Company-led recruiting and advisor onboarding.
• Cross-market collaboration, internal referrals, and direct access to leadership.

Compensation and profit-participation terms are structured individually with qualified candidates based on experience, production history, and leadership capability.

• Established commercial real estate professional with demonstrated production history.
• Strong knowledge of the Greater Atlanta commercial real estate market.
• Active Georgia real estate license or ability to obtain required licensure.
• Existing relationships with property owners, investors, developers, tenants, or industry professionals.
• Strong transaction, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine interest in mentoring others while remaining an active producer.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to growth.

An existing team is not required.
