Commercial Industrial Retail Property Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Industrial Retail Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties. • Manage leasing activities including lease or rental agreement management, tenant onboarding, and lease renewals to maximize occupancy rates.
• Oversee property maintenance and facilities management to ensure safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for repairs, upgrades, and routine inspections.
• Maintain accurate records using property management tools such as Yardi and OneSite; handle data entry, filing, and reporting.
• Enforce lease terms in accordance with legal standards such as Landlord-Tenant Law and Fair Housing regulations.
• Handle client communication with professionalism via phone etiquette and written correspondence; resolve conflicts effectively.
• Administer budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial activities including rent collection and invoicing.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, service providers, and tenants to secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with team members on sales initiatives, upselling opportunities, and customer service enhancements.
• Manage property leasing efforts to attract new tenants while maintaining high occupancy levels.
• Oversee property management activities using tools like CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for work orders and facilities tracking.Qualifications
• Proven experience in property management within commercial, industrial, or retail sectors; property management company experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Yardi, OneSite, Microsoft Office Suite, and other property management tools.
