Xfinity Sales Representative & Team Lead

Door-to-Door Sales (Leads Provided)

100% Commission (Uncapped) – 1099 Independent Contractor

Pay Schedule: Weekly

We are seeking high-performing Sales Representatives and experienced Team Leads (with an outside/D2D sales background) to pitch and close Xfinity Internet, TV, Mobile, and Voice solutions.

As a 1099 employee, you’ll work company provided leads and build a high-income business backed by aggressive, uncapped weekly payouts.

• Close Sales: Pitch and close Xfinity products to residential prospects using warm, company-provided leads.
• Drive Results: Meet weekly/monthly sales goals and deliver a great customer onboarding experience.
• Team Leads: Manage, mentor, and field-train a squad of direct sales reps to hit group production targets. Earn more per team sales.

• Experience: Outside sales, door-to-door, or direct sales experience preferred (Team Leads must have proven experience managing field reps).
• Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives in a 100% commission environment.
• Clearances: Must pass a standard background check and drug screen prior to onboarding.
