Access Control, CCTV, Low voltage technician

We are seeking a skilled Access Control/CCTV Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Access Control & CCTV systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of cabling and system design, along with hands-on experience using both power and hand tools.

• Install and configure Access Control systems including surveillance cameras, and network cabling.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of existing Access control systems and door controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation and repair tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to design Access control systems that meet client specifications.
• Detect and resolve issues related to cabling and system functionality promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service requests.
• Adhere to safety protocols while working in various environments.

• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to low voltage installations.
• Knowledgeable in surveillance system installation and maintenance.
• Experience with telecommunication systems and computer networking principles.
• Strong ability to detect issues within low voltage systems and implement effective solutions.
• Familiarity with cabling techniques and best practices for system design.
• Basic locksmithing skills!
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
