Senior Tax Accountant

Introduction:

A boutique CPA firm in Holly Springs, GA is looking to add an experienced Senior Tax Accountant to its team.

This is a great opportunity for a tax professional who enjoys working across a variety of individual and business tax matters in a smaller-firm environment, with the opportunity to build strong client relationships and take ownership of their work.

• Preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns
• Working with complex individual tax situations and K-1s
• Supporting federal, state, and multistate tax compliance
• Tax research and resolving tax notices or filing issues
• Assisting with tax planning and client questions
• Supporting accounting and reconciliation work as needed
• Working directly with clients and internal team members

• Public accounting experience
• Strong individual tax experience
• Business tax and/or multistate experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
• CPA or EA is a plus
