Position: Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Alpharetta, GA

Monday–Thursday in office; Friday option to work remotely

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. This position is responsible for accurately processing vendor invoices and maintaining accounts payable records. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

• Review, code, and enter vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match invoices to purchase orders and supporting documentation
• Obtain necessary approvals prior to payment
• Monitor outstanding invoices and resolve billing issues
• Assist the accounting department with additional administrative duties as needed

• Previous accounts payable experience required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• Experience with Sage Intacct and/or Ramp preferred
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally
• High school diploma or equivalent required; accounting or business coursework is a plus

We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, proactive, and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities. The successful candidate will be comfortable communicating with vendors and internal team members, researching discrepancies, and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and on schedule.
