Director of Marketing and Communications

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, emphasizing multichannel marketing, digital marketing, and performance marketing techniques.
• Lead the planning, implementation, and optimization of integrated marketing campaigns across social media advertising campaigns, email marketing, print advertising, and web analytics reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
• Oversee content marketing initiatives including content writing, copywriting, and graphic design to produce engaging materials for various platforms.
• Manage and mentor marketing, advertising, and public relations teams to foster a high-performance environment focused on innovation and excellence.
• Implement marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline demand generation marketing efforts and enhance customer engagement.
• Drive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic through research, keyword optimization, and content development.
• Collaborate with product management teams to support product launches, branding efforts, and market research initiatives that inform strategic decision-making.

• Proven experience managing marketing, advertising or public relations teams within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
• Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing channels including social media marketing, Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media advertising campaigns.
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies with an emphasis on demand generation marketing and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with implementing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo; proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce is highly desirable.
• Excellent copywriting skills coupled with the ability to analyze web analytics data for performance insights.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail; strong budgeting skills are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field; advanced certifications in digital marketing or related disciplines are advantageous.
