Position Title: Director II Digital Operations

This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

Oversees a combined digital and operations unit(s); executes strategies to deliver industry leading digitized service results. Serve as a leader across departmental lines in order to further penetration of operational digitization, E2E efficiencies, lowered administrative costs and an excellent member and provider experience.
As well as leading a product-led delivery model across claims technology platforms and enterprise delivery capabilities.
Aligns demand, roadmaps, capacity, and governance to deliver scalable solutions across Government and Commercial claims.
Advances execution through disciplined intake, automation, configuration-first delivery, and strong product lifecycle management.
Establish clear intake, prioritization, and portfolio governance so capacity is focused on the highest-value work.
Improve delivery speed, first-pass quality, and throughput by reducing rework and avoidable handoffs.
Strengthen product health, delivery readiness, risk visibility, and executive decision-making.
