Alpharetta Georgia HQ (Job Sites 2 Hour Radius from HQ)

Office Hours: Monday - Thursday in-office, Friday work from home. 8am-4PM

Phillips Brothers Real Estate is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the residential remodeling of various projects throughout the Metro Atlanta Markets. This individual will be responsible for the following

• Walking potential projects and preparing a renovation scope
• Managing the renovation project from scope to completion
• Hiring and actively managing all skilled and tradesman on property
• Building and maintaining list of vendors and sub contractors
• Sourcing and purchasing building materials
• Developing relationships with vendors for preferred pricing
• Managing quality control of renovation projects to ensure investment goals are met

• GA Residential construction experience is REQUIRED
• General Contractor's Licensed is preferred but not required
• Reliable sub and network of contacts is preferred
• Must be willing to drive to job sites within a 2 hour radius of company HQ

Our company is focused on buying and selling single-family homes throughout metro Atlanta. We handle all aspects of the process in-house, including sourcing deals, purchasing/financing deals, project management, and ultimately selling the homes.

$90,000 - $130,000 Salary + Performance Based Income
