Trial Paralegal - Defense

Paramount Legal is currently recruiting for an experienced Trial Paralegal to join an Atlanta insurance defense law firm!

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned litigation paralegal who enjoys being actively involved in trial preparation, taking ownership of cases, and working with a team of attorneys.

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Extensive trial preparation experience, including preparing witness and exhibit lists, coordinating expert witnesses, preparing trial notebooks and exhibits, and assisting attorneys throughout trial
• Strong experience drafting and responding to discovery requests
• Experience preparing medical chronologies and summaries
• Experience with depositions, subpoenas, and case management
• Experience billing time
• Insurance Defense experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
• Bachelor’s degree required
