UB Greensfelder is seeking an experienced non-profit entity attorney for our Cleveland office. The right candidate will have significant experience in advising tax-exempt, charitable organizations on tax and governance issues which these clients encounter regularly in the course of business, as well as transferable business.

Base pay range

$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr

• Provide legal counsel to tax-exempt, charitable organizations on tax and governance issues.

• Experience advising tax-exempt, charitable organizations on tax and governance issues; strong understanding of related regulatory and compliance matters.
