The role involves supporting complex digital infrastructure matters globally, focusing on data-center development, colocation, hyperscaler lease arrangements, fiber network development, and related transactions.

• Support a broad spectrum of digital infrastructure matters.
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Engage in development and commercialization of fiber networks.
• Handle operational agreements related to infrastructure assets.
• Participate in financing and purchase and sale transactions.

• 2-4 years of experience in real estate transactions or telecom infrastructure development.
• Experience in data center leasing and development preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Interest in digital infrastructure practice development.

• Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

• Member of the Bar in the United States.

• Ability to draft and negotiate complex documents.
• Highly developed analytical skills.
