• Labor Equity Partners, LLC is recruiting a Managing Attorney – Employment Law to support Capital Rights Law, a U.S.-based employment law practice representing plaintiffs in employment-related matters.

• We are seeking an experienced Ohio-licensed attorney to conduct consultations with qualified prospective clients and manage ongoing federal employment law matters.
• \\n
• This remote opportunity offers a flexible schedule, pre-screened prospective client leads, and an AI-assisted legal workflow.

• \\n • Conduct consultations and evaluate potential employment law claims.
• \\n • Manage ongoing federal employment law cases.
• \\n • Draft and review legal documents and case-related communications.
• \\n • Communicate with opposing counsel, employers, mediators, and government agencies.
• \\n • Handle settlement negotiations and related case activities.
• \\n • Complete federal court filings where appropriately admitted.
• \\n • Use AI-assisted tools while independently reviewing all work for accuracy.

• \\n • Active Ohio law license in good standing.
• \\n • Experience practicing employment law.
• \\n • Experience with EEOC matters, including mediations and conciliations.
• \\n • Experience handling matters involving the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL).
• \\n • Current admission to at least one applicable U.S. federal district court.
• \\n • Willingness and eligibility to obtain additional federal court admissions if required, at the attorney’s own expense.
• \\n • Strong legal writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• \\n • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
