We're hiring a Recruiting Associate to support recruiting efforts across a portfolio of roofing and home improvement brands within the Vertex network.

This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of recruiting experience (or closely related experience) who is looking to continue building strong fundamentals in full-cycle recruiting while working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You'll partner closely with our Talent Acquisition team and business leaders to support hiring across a range of roles, including sales, contact center/customer experience, support staff, and production. Over time, you'll have the opportunity to take on increasing ownership of recruiting workflows and hiring relationships as you develop in the role.

This role is best suited for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments; is energized by relationship-building; and is scrappy, resourceful, and mission-driven. You'll be based out of one of our partner companies, while supporting hiring in multiple other Mid South Regions and collaborating frequently with hiring managers across the country.

Hybrid (3 days in office); 4181 JVL Industrial Park Dr Ste B, Marietta, Georgia 30066

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles including Outside Sales Reps, Sales Managers, Call Center Representatives, Production, and Administrative.
• Partner closely with regional leaders and local leadership teams to understand hiring needs and drive proactive recruiting plans
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels including job boards, local networks, community events, and employee referrals
• Conduct screens and initial interviews to assess candidate quality and fit
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring or hard-to-fill roles
• Schedule interviews and manage candidate flow through the hiring process
• Provide regular updates and insights to both local and corporate stakeholders
• Champion a positive candidate experience through timely communication and consistent follow-up
• Support employer branding efforts through social media, local events, and internal referrals
• Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and process

• 1+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience hiring for sales or high-volume roles preferred
• Proven sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you're comfortable talking to both entry-level candidates and senior operators
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and prioritization skills
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools (experience with Greenhouse is a plus)
• Comfort working independently in a hybrid environment while staying connected to a remote team
• Bonus: Experience in roofing, home services, or trades-based industries

Target Pay Range: $60,000 – $65,000 salary + performance based commission (On Target Earnings: $85,000 - $105,000)
