Manufacturing Engineer, Die Casting and Foundry

Design tooling, automate production, and own projects end to end at a market-leading plant investing heavily in new capital equipment.

Must-Haves

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
• Manufacturing engineering in a heavy manufacturing environment
• Tooling design experience with SolidWorks
• Automation experience with robotics and PLCs
• Project management experience running projects start to finish
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship

• Design production tooling and processes for new and existing products
• Implement automation, robotics, vision systems, fixturing, and gauging
• Drive productivity improvements with Lean tools, root cause analysis, and DOE
• Run FMEAs and design for manufacturability reviews
• Create work instructions and spare and critical parts inventories

Nice-to-Haves

• Zinc or high pressure aluminum die casting, stamping, plating, or finishing
• Foundry experience
• Plastic injection molding considered
