Process Engineer Measurements

In this role you will support accurate measurement operations by maintaining and modernizing measurement software, tests, and data workflows. You will mentor stakeholders and improve technical transparency of calculations and rules across measurement systems. You’ll tackle modernization efforts, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement in a safety‑conscious, collaborative environment. • Support and enhance measurement client applications used in operations
• Investigate, document, and validate calculations, algorithms, and business rules used by measurement systems
• Modernize legacy measurement clients and workflows for maintainability and usability
• Collaborate with support organizations to define, test, and implement changes affecting measurement software
• Assist with troubleshooting involving measurement clients, interfaces, and data flow between systems
• Analyze measurement data and system behavior to identify issues and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain documentation for measurement methods, client functionality, calculations, and workflows
• Support validation and acceptance testing of software changes affecting measurement operations
• Collaborate with operations, quality, engineering, suppliers, and customers on measurement issues
• Assist with training and knowledge transfer related to measurement methods and systems

Key requirements

• 3+ years supporting manufacturing or laboratory measurement systems
• Experience with C#, VB.NET, SQL, Python or similar tools
• Experience with xklufbp automated test systems
• Experience working with measurement equipment suppliers and external technical resources
• Understanding software validation and configuration management
• Six Sigma Green Belt preferred
• BS in Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical field
• Experience with measurement systems and data analysis tools
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Clear technical communication to technical and non-technical audiences
