Audit Manager

A growing CPA firm in south metro Atlanta is hiring an Audit Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion. You'll review workpapers and financial statements, coach and develop staff and seniors, manage engagement budgets and deadlines, and serve as the main point of contact for clients. You'll also partner with firm leadership to grow the audit practice by bringing in new clients and expanding services to existing ones. Location: Peachtree City, GA (Newnan office also possible).

Must-haves:

• Active CPA license and a bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of public accounting audit experience, including managing engagements
• Strong GAAS/GAAP knowledge: audit planning, risk assessment, internal controls
• Experience supervising, coaching, and reviewing the work of staff and seniors
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
