Senior Tax Associate

This senior seat at an Atlanta CPA firm is for a tax pro who's ready to run engagements as well as prepare returns. You'll handle a mix of individual, fiduciary, partnership and corporate returns while leading and developing the staff around you.

• Prepare moderately complex returns for individuals, fiduciaries, partnerships and corporations
• Compile workpapers, resolve tax issues and manage client deadlines
• Direct and support staff and help them develop
• Set engagement budgets and check the quality of the work
• Support practice development and build your professional network

• Active CPA, or on track to earn it
• 4+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Experience with Thomson Reuters software (UltraTax, Accounting CS) preferred
• Calm, steady work under deadline pressure
• Strong organization and the ability to lead others
