WFH Medical Coder (CPC/CCS), US Healthcare Clients – MedPoint Partners

MedPoint Partners is a healthcare staffing firm. You'll work from your own home office, inside your client's systems, coding real US cases and sending provider queries to the US team when documentation isn't clear. A great first year looks like this: you know your client's EHR and payer rules cold, and your audits come back clean. As the team grows, there will be room for senior coder, QA auditor and team lead roles.

• Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT and HCPCS Level II codes for office visits, procedures and surgery.
• Apply modifiers, laterality, NCCI edits and global surgery rules before claims go out.
• Read clinical documentation and send clear provider queries when something is missing or doesn't match.
• Work coding-related denials and edits with the billing team.
• Meet your client's productivity and accuracy targets, and keep current with each year's code and payer updates.

• An active AAPC CPC, or AHIMA CCS or CCS-P.
• 2+ years of production coding for US healthcare.
• Strong ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS and modifier skills, plus experience with a US EHR (Epic, ModMed, athenaOne, eClinicalWorks or similar) and an encoder.
• Availability for US Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM Philippine time from November to March, and 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM the rest of the year.
• A private home office with wired fiber internet (25 Mbps or faster), a backup connection and backup power, plus clear written and spoken English.

PHRN; orthopedic coding experience; COSC, CEMC or CRC.

US$7–11 per hour (about ₱70,000–₱110,000 a month full-time), based on credential and specialty
