[AP Specialist / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $62,500 to $70,000-yr / Health-Dental-Vision / Paid time off / Referral program - As a Accounts Payable Specialist II, you will: Manage and process invoices and payments in a timely and accurate manner

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all transactions
• Communicate effectively with vendors, internal teams, and management regarding payment status and inquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as federal and state regulations
• Participate in month-end closing processes and assist with financial reporting
• Provide support to the accounting team as needed.
